Sales are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch. Normally products are in stock, if a supply problem exists we will notify you.
Price and Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice.
Shipping
All deliveries are sent via Australia Post. Registered post is optional. No responsibility will be taken for lost/undelivered items.
Shipping Rates
Delivery charges apply :
Order total less than $5 = $3.50
Order total $6–$20 = $7.50
Order total $21–$60 = $12.00
Order total $61-$100 = $15.00
Order total $101 and over = $20.00
Registered mail is optional at $5.50 Shipping rates are subject to change.
Shipping Times
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days from receipt of payment.
Returns
Tinted paint will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you are not satisfied with products other than paint, please notify Murobond immediately. Upon agreement to accept return of products you should return goods within 14 days. Goods must be returned in original condition. If goods are not in original condition, Murobond reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Refunds
The cost of returned goods will be refunded to the credit card payment was made from. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded.
Conformity of goods
While every effort is made to ensure the description , pictures and specification of the goods are accurate, we cannot accept any responsibility for minor discrepancies.
